Let's get our Yiddish on! We'll start with songs, in Yiddish, transliteration and translation, ie Vu Iz Dos Gesele, a song of longing, and Itsik Hot Khasene Gehat, a comic song about marriage.

Vocabulary-wise and grammatically, we'll go back again to Lesson 3 in our text, Yiddish In 10 Lessons by Chaim Werdyger. Also, we’ll to talk about loshn-koydeshdike verter (Hebrew) words in Yiddish. We haven't yet spoken about them as a category (though he have talked about specific ones as they've come up).
