PHOENIX works inside the prison and in the community to facilitate the successful transition from prison to the community.  This is done through leadership training, problem-solving classes, in-the-community mentoring and community organizing efforts. Our goal is to transform lives and transform the community to reduce the likelihood that people will commit new crimes and return to prison.
